Regulations for services provided electronically (effective from 01.12.2019)
The Regulations specify:
a) the service provider of services provided electronically,
b) the service recipient of services provided electronically, the type and scope of services provided electronically,
c) the online store “www.szminkilipsense.com” – the online store operated by “Dream Skin-Dream Lips Sp z o.o. NIP 9522121693, REGON 146350913, KRS 0000437089, address ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok 13, 00-029 Warsaw”,
d) conditions for the provision of services by electronic means, including technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the service provider and the prohibition of the service recipient providing content of an illegal nature,
e) conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of services by electronic means,
f) complaint procedure,
g) protection of personal data,
h) conditions for changing the regulations
The service provider of services provided electronically is “Dream Skin-Dream Lips Sp z o.o. NIP 9522121693, REGON 146350913, KRS 0000437089, address ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok 13, 00-029 Warsaw
The recipient of services provided electronically is the Customer of the online store www.szminkilipsense.com, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
Type of services provided by www.szminkilipsense.com electronically:
– newsletter service – consisting of free sending by the Service Provider, with prior consent expressed by the Customer, to the indicated e-mail address of information about promotions, new products and current prices of products sold by the store www.szminkilipsense.com
The services specified in point 4 are provided free of charge and for an indefinite period. The following technologies may be used when providing services electronically: Adobe, XML, cookies. www.szminkilipsense.com undertakes comprehensive measures when providing services provided electronically, which include protection of transaction systems and data transmission over the Internet.
It is prohibited for the Customer to provide content of an unlawful nature, including using the Online Store in a manner that violates the provisions of the law or the provisions of these Regulations, as well as the Regulations of the online store www.szminkilipsense.com, as well as in a manner that violates the rights of third parties or good customs.
The agreement for the provision of services by electronic means – newsletter service – is concluded by the Customer’s consent to receive information on promotions, new products and current prices of products sold by www.szminkilipsense.com at the provided e-mail address.

The Customer expresses consent to the processing of their personal data during registration. Providing personal data marked as obligatory is voluntary, but necessary for registration, placing an order for products via the online store www.szminkilipsense.com. Personal data is used by www.szminkilipsense.com and may be made available to the entity participating in the execution of the order in order to deliver the ordered goods to the Customer. The Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct it. For this purpose, they should contact szminkilipsense.com via e-mail at the following address: kontakt@szminkilipsense.com
The Customer has the right to:
access their personal data, the right to make additions, changes and updates;
request temporary or permanent suspension of the processing of personal data or its deletion;
object to the processing of their personal data – in cases provided for by law – and the right to request its deletion when it becomes unnecessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
obtain information on whether and to what extent his/her personal data is being processed, as well as information on the purpose and scope of processing his/her personal data. www.szminkilipsense.com, as the administrator of personal data, may entrust another entity, by means of an agreement concluded in writing, with the processing of personal data, in accordance with art. 31 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.
The Regulations may be amended only for legal or organizational reasons. Information on the amendment of the Regulations will be posted for a period of at least 14 calendar days on the website of the online store www.szminkilipsense.com. Customers will be notified of the amendment of the Regulations by sending information on the amendment of the Regulations to the e-mail address provided in the registration form. Information on the amendment of the Regulations will be sent to Customers no later than 14 calendar days before the amendment comes into effect. Amendments to the Regulations Changes to the Regulations will be effective from the date specified in the information about the change, but not earlier than after 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the change. The changed Regulations will be binding on the Customer who has registered a Customer Account in the Online Store. A Customer who does not accept changes to the Regulations should declare to szminkilipsense.com – within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of information about the change to the Regulations – about the termination of the agreement for the provision of services by electronic means, with the proviso that services commenced before the changes entered into force are conducted on the previous terms.
In the case of an order that is fulfilled by means of a courier delivery, failure to collect the parcel results in covering the shipping costs in both directions (PLN 37.00).
In the case of an order that is fulfilled by means of a Paczkomat delivery, failure to collect the parcel from the Paczkomat results in covering the shipping costs in both directions (PLN 30.00).
The Customer may file complaints regarding services provided electronically:
a) via e-mail to the address: kontakt@szminkilipsense.com or
b) by phone, by calling +48 668 229 274 from Monday to Friday from 11.30 to 18.30 (charge according to the tariff package of the service provider used by the Customer).
The complaint should contain at least the following data:
a) Customer’s designation (including their name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number);
b) description of the problem that is the basis for filing the complaint.
The complaint will be considered and the Customer will receive a response on the method of its consideration within fourteen days from the date of its receipt by www.szminkilipsense.com.
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 “On the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”, the Customer may, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason) from goods purchased on the store website www.szminkilipsense.com. A return is possible within 14 days from the date of notification of the desire to return and only if the goods have not been used and the vertical banderole is intact. The Store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods paid by the customer, as shown on the sales document. The money will be returned within 14 days (from the date of receipt of the shipment with the returned goods), by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer. The cost of shipping to the customer (included in the purchase document) and the cost of returning the goods by the customer are not refundable (these costs are covered by the Buyer). A declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract is attached to each order.
The entity providing online payment services is Przelewy24 Service, owned by PayPro S.A.
Payment can be made using payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.
In the event of the need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party’s payment card.
The processing time for priority shipments is up to 7 days from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization in the case of shipments within Poland and up to 14 days in the case of international shipments. In the case of courier shipments, shipments of orders placed after 1:30 p.m. will be processed within the next 3 business days.
In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly, including the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, as well as other applicable provisions of law and the provisions of the Regulations of the online store www.szminkilipsense.com.
Disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of the Regulations shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Regulations are available free of charge on the website www.szminkilipsense.com in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, saved and printed. Anyone can familiarize themselves with the content of these Regulations. *effective from 01.12.2019.
GDPR Regulations
Dream Skin-Dream Lips Sp z o.o. NIP 9522121693, REGON 146350913, KRS 0000437089, address ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok 13, 00-029 Warsaw” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) is the Administrator of your Personal Data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”)
Purpose of data processing and legal basis
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
Implementation of the Agreement between us, in which case the legal basis for data processing is art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR. The Agreement is concluded as a result of accepting the Newsletter Regulations, the Online Store Regulations or making a purchase in the online store www.szminkilipsense.com
Implementation of the Administrator’s obligations (in the event of making a purchase in the online store), where the legal basis is art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR:
issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents;
responding to complaints within the time and in the form provided for by law.
Implementation of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, in which case the legal basis is art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR, and these are the following activities:
marketing of own products and services (direct marketing);
analytical activities (selection of services to your needs, optimization of our products based on your comments and interests, optimization of service processes, etc.); for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of the need to demonstrate proper action;
any determination, investigation or defense against claims;
customer satisfaction surveys and improvement of the quality and satisfaction of Customers with the services provided by us and the sale of products;
In other cases, your data will be processed only on the basis of previously granted consent (e.g. in particular for the purpose of marketing the products and services of the Administrator’s business partners), to the extent and for the purpose specified therein.
Providing data is voluntary, but is necessary to conclude and implement the contract.
Right to object
At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of a legitimate interest, which we indicate in points I. par. 3 letters b) – e) described above. We will stop processing your Data for these purposes, unless there are legitimate grounds, the implementation of which prevents the cessation of processing or is necessary for the possible determination, investigation or defense of claims.
At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data for the purpose of conducting direct marketing.
III. Data storage period
Your data will be processed for the period in which claims related to this contract may be disclosed, for the period of limitation of claims established on the basis of special provisions and an additional year in the event of claims filed at the last minute and problems with delivery, counted from the end of the year in which the contract expired to determine a single date for deletion of data for contracts ending in a given year.
Data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services may be processed until an objection is raised to their processing for this purpose or the Administrator determines that they are outdated.
Data recipients
Your personal data may be disclosed to: entities from our capital group; our partners, i.e. companies with which we cooperate by combining products or services; public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from the provisions of law; our subcontractors (processors), e.g. franchisees and entities providing accounting, bookkeeping, IT, legal, consulting marketing agencies, etc.
Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
the right to rectify (correct) your data;
the right to delete your data, limit data processing;
the right to object to data processing;
the right to transfer your data;
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
Information on data transfer outside the EEA and automated decision-making
At present, we do not transfer or plan to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. However, if such a situation were to occur in the future, processing will take place using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection required by law.
Your Data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
